House of Committees

The House of Committees serves as the core working body of the SSLG, where eleven (11) functional committees collaborate to implement projects, manage initiatives, and uphold student-centered programs. Each committee focuses on key areas such as leadership, welfare, communication, logistics, finance, education, and social responsibility—ensuring a focused, inclusive, and strategic approach to student governance.

Committee of Executive Consultation

Oversees clear communication within the council and student body, coordinates decisions among different council groups, and works with school administrators to address official and important concerns.

Committee of Logistics and Provisions

Oversees supplies, setup, transport, and inventory; ensures event materials and equipment are ready; provides committee needs; and coordinates with suppliers and venues.

Committee of the General Secretariat

Manages SSLG records and communications, relays minutes and important updates, coordinates with class secretaries, and ensures transparency through reports and announcements.

Committee of Financial Development

Oversees the SSLG budget, ensures proper fund use and timely liquidation, supports fundraising, coordinates budget needs, and upholds financial accountability.

Public Information and Creatives Committee

Manages SSLG communication and branding by creating announcements, handling social media, producing visual content, documenting events, and supporting committees in promoting initiatives.

Committee of Technical and Operational Functions

Oversees logistical and technical aspects of SSLG events, ensuring smooth operations and on-ground support for efficiency.

Committee on Social Responsibility, Student Welfare, and Development

Advocates for a supportive and inclusive school environment through student welfare programs. Oversees service, sustainability, and outreach initiatives that benefit both the school and the community.

Volunteer Core Committee

Recruits, trains, and manages student volunteers, organizes teams and roles, tracks participation, and coordinates with committees to ensure volunteer support.
